9:30am - 11am | Practice Joy through Laughter

11:30am - 1pm | Experiencing the Joy of Nature

2pm - 3:30pm | Yoga and Sound Bath

3:30pm - 5pm | Experiencing the Joy of Food

5pm | Single Day Retreat Ends

5pm - 6pm | Appetizers and Socializing

6pm - 7pm | Dinner

7pm - 8pm | Group Reflection and Goodbyes

What’s included:

This retreat includes all meals and snacks along with complimentary welcome drinks and wine/beer service with dinner, personal and group reflection and activity time and daily themed activities. See additional information for what to bring for optimal comfort and Retreat participation.

What to know before booking:

We are excited to host you for an amazing weekend exploring joy right here in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. The retreat will take place at Minnesota Humanities Center in Saint Paul MN https://www.mnhum.org/. The beauty of being inside the Minnesota Humanities Center and walking distance to nature trails and Lake Phalen will make this a retreat to cherish.
