Join us for a unique wellness retreat designed to awaken joy, restore balance, and reconnect you to what matters most - yourself, your body, and your community.

Feel the Power of Joy
Learn from expert physicians, educators, and mind-body practitioners about how joy impacts your physical and emotional well-being, and why it’s essential to your health.

Move, Laugh, and Heal
Experience joy through your body with activities that range from healing yoga and meditation to walking labyrinths, laughter-filled improv, and even water-based recreation. Whether you're stretching into stillness or paddling into play, you'll find space to breathe, laugh, and let go.

Feed Your Soul
Explore personalized strategies for spiritual and emotional renewal. Through mindful movement, nature walks, and conversations with holistic and mental health professionals, you’ll uncover new ways to feel centered and whole.

Connect and Grow
You’ll leave not only with new skills and tools to support your wellness journey - but with meaningful connections to others who value healing, joy, and community as much as you do.
