Our Story
Laura and Teri met in college and quickly became lifelong friends. As they raised their families they remained focused on personal wellness. They pushed and supported one another to have active bodies and minds.
As they explored and learned together the importance of a healthy mindset, they began informally sharing their experiences with others. These initial experiences validated the benefits of making meaningful connections with others, and led them to a new joint venture… what is now known as ERG, meaning Experience, Rejuvenate, and Grow.
ERG was created to ensure more people and professionals had an opportunity to find wellness, balance or a supportive team to workshop complex community or workplace issues. We believe personal connection and community build people up and hold one another accountable. Finding people, spaces and places to find one’s purpose while taking care of their mind, body and soul is essential to moving forward in life in a meaningful way.
We hope you will join us and make new connections with people, places, and spaces.
